With over 18 years of business leadership experience, Matt joined the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits in 2018 as the Director of Operations. His depth of experience in nonprofit management, business deployment, project management and human resources, supports continued advancement of the operational and administrative goals of the Center.
Prior to joining the Center, he served as the Director of Operations for Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center and as the Chief Operating Officer for HeartLine, Inc., both of which are Oklahoma-based nonprofit organizations that have benefited greatly from the training, consulting and advocacy provided through Membership to the Center. As an accomplished trainer himself, Matt is a highly-sought speaker and national workshop facilitator on topics such as Nonprofit Business Development, Leadership and Data Management.
He is a native Oklahoman and currently resides in Oklahoma City where he enjoys offering his resources to community organizations and locally-owned businesses. Matt received his BS in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and a Certified Workplace Coach. |
