[OKC/Hybrid] Conflict Management: How Do You Lead When Everything Is Shifting

Conflict is inevitable in any organization, but in nonprofits, where people are deeply invested in the mission and resources are limited, disagreements can become particularly charged. Left unaddressed, conflict erodes trust, damages relationships, and distracts from your important work, but when managed well, conflict can actually strengthen teams, surface important issues, and lead to better decisions. This course teaches you practical skills for navigating workplace conflict with confidence and compassion. You'll learn to recognize conflict early, facilitate difficult conversations, and find solutions that address underlying needs rather than just surface disagreements. The goal isn't to avoid conflict, it's to handle it constructively.
