[VIRTUAL] Partner Engagement & Community Relationship Building: From Contacts to Collaborators

About This Series

This workshop series is offered through a collaboration between the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits (OKCNP) and the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR), created to support Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Program Partners across the state. Together, OKCNP and OPSR designed this series to meet local program leaders where they are with practical, hands-on training that strengthens the everyday work of running a mission-driven organization.

Over three focused sessions, participants will build skills in community marketing, fundraising and financial sustainability, and strategic partnership development. Each workshop stands on its own, so you're welcome to join any of them.

Part 3 of 3: Partner Engagement & Community Relationship Building

This final session in the series looks outward toward the relationships that extend your mission beyond what your organization can do alone. The best partnerships are intentional, built on shared value and not a single ask. We'll work through how to identify the right partners, open the conversation with alignment in mind, and keep things accountable once the relationship is underway. You'll leave with a short list of target partners and a real next step to take within 90 days.
