Event Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration for a training at any time. All refunds and cancellation fees are determined by the time of cancellation. 

  • Participants who cancel their registration prior to the listed drop date will receive 100% refund.  
  • Participants who cancel after the stated drop date, but at least two business days prior to the event will be receive an 80% refund with 20% of the registration fee held for program expenses. If the registrant has not paid at the time of cancellation, they will be invoiced for 20% cancellation fee.  
  • No shows and registrants who cancel within two business days will be charged for the full cost of the class or course.  
  • The Center reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust, any class at any time. Classes canceled due to the Center’s decision will be refunded to participants. 
  • Instructors must alert the Center as soon as their unavailability becomes known. An adjustment to the class, or the contract, will be made at that time. The Center does not pay for services not rendered.

Photo Agreement

From time to time, the OKCNP will take photography or record their events. By attending, you agree to having your image used in marketing materials from the OKCNP. Should you wish not to have your image used in OKCNP marketing, please contact our Communications Department at info@okcnp.org.
