[VIRTUAL] Fundraising & Financial Sustainability Strategies: Building a Foundation for Financial Health

About This Series

This workshop series is offered through a collaboration between the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits (OKCNP) and the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR), created to support Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Program Partners across the state. Together, OKCNP and OPSR designed this series to meet local program leaders where they are with practical, hands-on training that strengthens the everyday work of running a mission-driven organization.

Over three focused sessions, participants will build skills in community marketing, fundraising and financial sustainability, and strategic partnership development. Each workshop stands on its own, so you're welcome to join any of them.

Part 2 of 3: Fundraising & Financial Sustainability Strategies

This session in the series focuses on the resources that keep your mission running. Sustainable fundraising is a mindset shift, moving from one great event to a strategy you can rally behind. We'll walk through what fundraising readiness really looks like, talk through where you want to grow, and start shaping a development plan built on trust, transparency, and diversified revenue. You'll leave with a stronger sense of direction and one new strategy to put into motion.
