[VIRTUAL] Nonprofit Management Certification Fundamental
As a nonprofit manager, you're carrying a heavy load on your shoulders. Nonprofit Management Certification helps nonprofit managers develop leadership and supervisory skills to advance their career and be more effective in their current roles. Throughout the six session series participants will be invited to learn new concepts, discuss and network with their peers, problem solve existing issues within their organization and develop insight into their own strengths and skills.
Through training sessions, participants will have an opportunity to apply and practice new skills, as well as gain confidence in decision making. Each session focuses on a different topic pertinent to management in the nonprofit sector and covers practical knowledge, tools and best practices to help leaders, understand nonprofit finances, navigate projects, effectively work with a board, build a team with coaching ,fine-tune HR practices through conflict and performance management, and work to build a diverse workplace.

- Time Management and DiSC
- Leader as a Coach
- Human Resources and Motivation & Engagement
- FUN (Finance Unlocked for Nonprofits) and Financial Infrastructure & Management
- Diversity and Conflict Management
- Volunteer and Project Management
Completion of this course provides:
- 24 SHRM PDCs (Professional Development Credits)
- Nonprofit Management Fundamental Badge for your email signature
- Individualized Certification of Completion
- Individualized Letter of Completion
This training covers 6 sessions over the course of 3 months, meeting every 2 weeks - Participation in 5 sessions is mandatory to receive a certificate. Participants may not register mid-training. Register once to gain access to all courses.
