Scott Douglass
OKCNP Cheif Operations Officer

Scott Douglass joined The Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits as Chief Operating Officer in 2024, bringing over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial oversight, program development, and operational growth, allowing him to guide the organization’s mission of strengthening nonprofits across Oklahoma. 

At OKCNP, Scott oversees various aspects of operations, including program development, strategic planning, marketing, and organizational leadership. He works closely with the CEO, CFO, staff, and community partners to ensure the nonprofit sector’s long-term sustainability and growth. Scott earned his BA from Texas A&M University (gig’em!) and his MBA and Master of Management in International Enterprise from the University of Maryland, GC. 

Outside of work, Scott enjoys volunteering at the school where his wife, Diana, teaches 3rd grade. He and Diana, who have been married for over 20 years, have five children. When not focused on nonprofit leadership, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and participating in community activities.
