Our Performance Management Training arms teams with best practices to support regular feedback discussions and a formal performance appraisal process. Each Performance Management Training is unique. The first step in our process is reviewing your performance appraisal policy so that our training can be tailored to support your team’s unique needs. If you do not have a policy, the first step in our process is helping you craft a custom and legally-compliant policy to support your team. Regardless of your performance appraisal policy, this  training provides actionable tools to support goal and expectation setting and accountability discussions, as well as tips to support a successful performance review conversation. We also discuss best practices for appropriate documentation of performance management discussions to support communication and protect teams from legal exposure. Scripts are included for leaders to pull when the time is right. Participants will leave feeling supported and prepared to have both regular conversations around performance and to implement your formal performance review process.

Oklahoma’s nonprofit sector is diverse and interconnected. This session highlights structures, trends, and statewide opportunities that shape nonprofit work. Participants learn how OKCNP serves as a connector supporting collaboration, advocacy, and capacity building. It is an excellent introduction for individuals new to the sector. These live virtual calls are for open to the public, although series registration is required.
